Who should I contact if I lose my redemption certificate?
Contact your local MS Chapter.
When will I receive my prize selection?
Your selection will be shipped within 15 working days after receipt of your order. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks from the time you place your order until its arrival.
How do I know you received my prize selection order?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your prize to the e-mail address you provide. When your prize selection ships, you will receive another e-mail update with the UPS tracking number.
When does my prize selection expire?
The expiration date for prize redemption is printed on the face of your gift certificate. It will be 90 days from date of issuance.
I received a prize similar to, but not the same as what I selected?
In some cases an item will have to be substituted with a similar prize of greater or equal value. We strive to offer products that will be available long term but cannot always guarantee the duration of availability.
I would like to exchange my prize for a different selection.
NMSS does not allow the exchange of a prize selection.
I received my prize selection and it arrived broken or does not work.
